I just purchased an HP Envy 6452 and all went well until I installed the hp ink. I did not use the ink in the box since then I would probably be signed up for the Instant Ink program. So I purchased an HP black and tricolor ink separately. I installed these ink cartridges and it is flashing yellow and flashing E. I’m sure if I installed the instant ink program ink provided that it would probably work. Any suggestions. I really don’t want to return my new printer. Would appreciate any help.
