I am very happy to hear the problem has been resolved.
No worries - "hands on" when trying to resolve issues is usually more effective than trying to guess what is going on. Smiling.
At the least, the success might be shared within the Response Center - benefits are still gained even without the community knowing all the details. So, we are, of course, curious. We also realize the most important goal is met: You can print.
