Product: HP Deskjet 2544
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I need to print on A5 paper but unbelievably my HP printer does not support A5. I noticed on the forum that someone had a similar problem with a 1515 and there was a solution but this doesn't work for my printer. Do I need to get a new printer?

Hi Sue20,

 

Follow these steps, that should resolve the issue and allow printing on A5 paper:

If the specific model is not listed as decribed, click Windows Update at the bottom of the list and then it should be lised.
