I just purchased a HP OfficeJet Pro 8028. It says it comes with a USB cable included. Mine did not. I need the cable because our company VPN will not allow wireless connections on personal printers. Who can I talk to at HP to get my cable?

According to the published specs https://support.hp.com/id-en/document/c06291590#AbT1 this device does not ship with a usb cable which is pretty common with wireless or network capable devices. On one of the box flaps there should be a list of what is included. If you purchased from a retail store and they told you it had a cable, you can go and ask them for one or buy one, they are not expensive.
