Product: Hp Deskjet 970cse
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Windows 10 setup basic function drivers perfectly.  The problem is without a toolbox of some sort I have no way to align the cartridges.  Is there a solution?

I afraid not, only a limited functionality is provided and no workarounds available for aligning the cartridges:
