Hi - I have a new 6020 printer, which is set up, and connected to the wireless network. If I AirPrint something from my phone, it prints with no problems, but if I try to print something from my iMac, although the paper comes out and it sounds like it's printing, the page is completely blank when the 'print' process has finished. I'm probably being extremely thick & have missed something obvious, but does anyone have any tips, please?

Hello Claffyindia!
Please try these troubleshooting steps:
Reset the Printing System:
- Navigate to System Preferences > Printers & Scanners.
- Right-click (or Control-click) in the printers list and select Reset printing system.
- This action will remove all printers and pending print jobs.
- After resetting, add your Canon printer again.
- Ensure you have the correct drivers installed.
Let me know if that didn't help!
