Is there a customer complaint email I can get to? So, we accidentally ordered the all-in-one plan when we were just trying to set up automatic ink refill. They sent us a printer when we already bought on at Costco. We canceled and sent the printer back. This was in August and HP has still not refunded the money. We received no products or service. We have continually contacted the All-In-One printer dept and they give us the run around. Like they are paid not to fulfil customer refunds. I want file a customer service complaint. Anyone know where?
