HP OfficeJet Pro 9018e All-in-One Printer

I purchased non-HP replacement ink cartridges because of your overpriced ink and newly increased subscription service prices (a 50% increase per copy).

 

It appears that your printers are programmed to reject any cartridges not manufactured by HP, as I am getting the message, "HP printers require Original HP cartridges. Replace the non-original cartridges to continue printing." 

 

I'm not being forced to purchase your overpriced ink or overpriced subscription (now at 15 cents per copy). You sure know how to turn off your customers. I'll never buy an HP (anything) again. Ridiculous. Worst customer experience ever from a hardware manufacturer. Congrats.
