Hi! I'm not able to print after changing internet provider. I have a HP Deskjet 3070 A, it shows as idle on the computer. All I can print is the test page. Any help much appreciated 🙏

Hi @Pm_51,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

It sounds like your printer might be having trouble connecting to your new internet provider's network. Here are some steps you can try to troubleshoot the issue.

  • Check Printer Connection: Ensure that your printer is properly connected to your new internet network. You may need to go into the printer settings and reconnect it to the new network.
  • Restart Printer: Sometimes, simply turning your printer off and on again can resolve connectivity issues. Try restarting both your printer and your computer.
  • Printer Drivers: Make sure that the printer drivers on your computer are up-to-date. You can usually download the latest drivers from the HP website or through your computer's device manager.
  • Printer Settings: Check the printer settings on your computer to ensure that the correct printer is selected and that it's set as the default printer.
  • Network Configuration: Double-check your new internet provider's network settings to ensure that there are no restrictions or firewall settings that might be blocking your printer from connecting.
  • Reset Printer: If none of the above steps work, you may need to reset your printer to its factory settings and then set it up again with your new internet provider's network.

Hopefully, one of these steps will help you resolve the issue and get your printer up and running again!

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
