Printer does not print, however it does the print head test perfectly. When trying to print from a webpage or a document, parts of the page are blank or just the blue prints. Ocassionally it will print, but the colors are not consistant-almost like it's running out of ink. I just replaced all the cartridges, updated and unplugged it to try and remedy the issue but nothing changed. Any suggestions or ideas? Thanks.

Please try to copy and check whether all the colors are printing
If the colors are not printed Please do a printhead cleaning from the front panel of the printer -
The option to clean the printheads would be under Setup - Printer maintenance
Try to print a diagnostic page to check whether all colors are printed once the printheads are cleaned
If the colors are printed on the diagnostic page and the issue still persists Driver Might need to reinstalled

I tried all of the above. All I get is a light outline of the missing object. Cleaned printhead 4 times, changed to new cartridge. I removed that new one and reinstalled old one. Now have new back in and message comes up stating that its a used cartridge.
