Based on the image, your HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 is displaying a "Supply System Problem" error. Here's how you can resolve this issue:

Restart the Printer

  • Turn off the printer and unplug the power cord.
  • Wait for 60 seconds.
  • Plug it back in and turn the printer on.

Check Ink Cartridges

  • Open the ink cartridge access door.
  • Remove all cartridges and inspect them for damage or leaks.
  • Reinsert the cartridges firmly into their slots.

Replace the Affected Cartridge

  • If the error message specifies a particular cartridge, try replacing it with a different, non-empty HP original cartridge.
  • Avoid using refilled or third-party cartridges as they may cause compatibility issues.

Update Printer Firmware

  • Go to the HP Support page and enter your printer model.
  • Download and install the latest firmware for your HP OfficeJet Pro 7740.
