I replaced color + black ink with new HP ink. Printer will NOT align after new ink. Manually cleaned printhead per HP instructions (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iTPASKLUzPc) and then went through diagnostics to clean printhead via printer (4 times). Attached are images of printout after manually cleaning printhead and via printer. After attempt #4 to clean printhead via printer, I was able to print one page document in black only. I reviewed your post and I understand that you are getting alignment error and the printer is printing blank pages.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

Are you facing the same issue when you make a copy?

 

I see that you have already followed all the relevant steps and it looks like a hardware issue. I recommend you contact support and check the available service options for the printer.

 

Here is how you can get in touch with support.

 

1)Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
