Hi @Grego1313,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

The 0x61011 ink system error on your HP Officejet 6600 e-All-in-One Printer usually indicates a problem with the ink system, such as clogged printheads, a paper jam, or an internal hardware issue. Since you've already tried replacing the cartridges and rebooting, try the following additional troubleshooting steps.

Perform a Hard Reset

  1. Turn the printer ON.
  2. Disconnect the power without turning it off first.
  3. Unplug the power from the wall outlet.
  4. Wait 3-5 minutes.
  5. Press and hold the Power button for 15 seconds (if available).
  6. Plug the power back into the wall and then to the printer.
  7. Turn it back on and check for the error.

Check for Paper Jams

Even a small piece of paper stuck inside can trigger this error:

  1. Open the printer and check for any paper bits inside.
  2. Remove the ink cartridges and inspect the cartridge area.
  3. Manually move the printhead left and right to ensure it's not stuck.
  4. If there's resistance, gently clean the rollers and carriage.

Reset the Ink System

  1. Remove all ink cartridges.
  2. With the printer on, unplug the power cord.
  3. Wait for 5 minutes.
  4. Plug it back in and turn the printer on without inserting the cartridges.
  5. Insert the cartridges one by one when prompted.

Clean the Printhead Manually

  1. Remove the ink cartridges.
  2. Locate the printhead and remove it (if your model allows).
  3. Use a lint-free cloth and distilled water to wipe the printhead contacts.
  4. Let it dry for a few minutes, then reinstall.

Update Firmware

If possible, check for firmware updates on HP Support:

  • HP Software & Drivers

Perform a Semi-Full Reset

If none of the above work, try a semi-full reset:

  1. Press Home on the printer’s touchscreen.
  2. Tap the Back button four times in a row.
  3. Select Support Menu > Reset Menu.
  4. Choose Semi-Full Reset.
  5. The printer will restart.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
