Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
The error code OXB39FF018 on your HP OfficeJet 4650 indicates a problem that might be related to hardware or communication issues during a print job. Here are steps you can take to troubleshoot and resolve the issue:
1. Power Cycle the Printer
- Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source.
- Wait for about 60 seconds.
- Plug it back in and turn it on. This can often reset temporary errors.
2. Check for Paper Jams
- Open the printer and check for any paper jams or obstructions in the paper path.
- Remove any jammed paper carefully, and ensure there are no small pieces stuck inside.
3. Inspect Ink Cartridges
- Open the cartridge access door and check that the ink cartridges are properly installed and have sufficient ink.
- If necessary, remove and reinstall the cartridges to ensure a good connection.
4. Clear Print Queue
- On your computer, go to the print queue and clear any pending print jobs.
- Restart your computer and try sending the print job again.
5. Update Printer Drivers
- Make sure you have the latest printer drivers installed. You can download them from the HP support website:
- Visit HP Driver Downloads.
- Enter your printer model and check for any updates.
6. Run HP Print and Scan Doctor
- Download and run the HP Print and Scan Doctor, a free tool that can help diagnose and fix printing issues.
- You can download it from the HP website.
7. Reset Printer to Factory Settings
- If the error persists, you might consider performing a factory reset on the printer. Refer to your printer’s user manual for specific instructions on how to do this, as it may vary by model.
8. Check Network Connection (if applicable)
- If your printer is connected via Wi-Fi, ensure it’s still connected to the network. You may want to reconnect it to the network.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
