My printer is showing an Error code of OXB9808BFC How do I get it back up and working?

- Unplug the power cord from the back of the printer and from the wall outlet.
- Wait for at least 60 seconds.
- Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet and then into the printer.
- Turn the printer back on.
Step 2: Check for Paper Jams or Obstructions
- Open the printer and check for any paper jams or obstructions.
- Carefully remove any jammed paper or objects.
- Close the printer and try printing again.
Step 3: Update Printer Firmware Update the firmware on an HP printer
- Go to the HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads page.
