I need to do a factory reset on my Office Jet Pro 7740, and I see that requires a PM.  Could you please send me the instructions SOON?  Thank you!

Are you facing any issues with the printer?

 

Meanwhile:-

I am sending you a private message with the steps to perform a reset on the printer. Please check the mailbox icon at the top-right corner of this screen.
