Product: HP Office Jet Pro8610
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Problem: "missing or failed Printhead - error code 0xc19a0040.  Help.  What can I do to resolve this issue.  I have tried all the steps suggested on the HP sites and those suggestions have not resolved the issues.

If you have already performed those steps and the issue persists, I recommend you contact HP Support for Service Options

 

Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/ and select your Country to get the Contact details for HP Support
