Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hello, 

 

An agent in my office has a new HP Windows 11 laptop.  We use HP Office Jet Pro 8710 printers. He can print in grayscale or monochrome but not in color. How can we fix this? He needs color printing options.

You need to reinstall the printer using appropriate printer drivers.

Nah, I figured it out. Easy fix was to open the advanced tab on the printer, remove the microsoft ppt driver and use the wizard to choose the hp 9010 driver.  Took a little research.  I tried updating drivers, using the HPsmart app, and updating the windows drivers, none worked. It was a simple little fix that took time to find 🙂
