Does the printer print if you copy a document?

Where do you see the error, is it on the printer display or computer?

How is the printer connected, USB or Wireless?

Thank you for your prompt reply.

 

The error was displayed on the printer's screen for a day. 

That day it was also not printing. I have since changed to new Ink Cartridges.

 

The printer is now prinitng, copying and scanning without any issues.

The printer is connected wirelessly.

It sounds like you have resolved the issue, by replacing the ink cartridges.

Does the error occur if you re-install the old ink supply?
