Hello,
I am getting on my OfficeJet 4650 error message: "Remove and reinstall indicated ink cartridge ..."
Cartridges about 75% full.
Already tried all that I found on the web: unplugging for >60 sec, cleaning manually cartridges and contacts inside the printer.
Buying a new set of cartridges color and black = price of refurbishing printer on Amazon.
If I can't fix it I would buy a new printer but not HP anymore.
Question to HP support - what else can I do to fix the problem and get my confidence back in HP Printers?
Please replay ASAP I need my printer back.
Thank you.
Sam.

I recommend you to contact the HP Support Team regarding a set of ink as this could either be a cartridge or a printer issue.

Have you been able to fix the problem? I'm having it as well. I've tried every "fix" tip and nothing has worked. I also bought 2 new HP ink cartridges in the process trying to make sure it wasn't just a cartridge issue so now I'm out nearly $100 (the cost of the printer) in ink that I won't be able to use if I end up having to buy a new printer. Argh!
