Impossible to print Office-documents with my printer OfficeJet 6950 Pro. I tried the HP Troubleshooter, testpage was succesful, installed latest drivers, but nothing worked. My other printer a Canon, has no problems with it, so it has to be the HP who give troubles. My default printer is set to the HP. System is Win X PRo 64 bit, latest drivers and updates

After more then 15 years of avoiding HP (bad experiences then)  i decided to give it a chance again, however at this time i regret it ... But maybe there is a working solution and are you wiling to share it with me 😉

Thanx in advance

@GuevaraNL

The print drivers for this printer do not support XP 64bit - never did so.

I am sorry you are unhappy.  It is an Operating System restriction.

XP 32-bit supports the basic drivers as indicated in the Website Support Software and Drivers page for the printer:

Thx for ur reply. And why is this that HP has not created a solution for that? I  guess most PC's running now on 64bit.

So now i bought two of these useless printers which only can be used when i print PDF's or if i do a printjob as administrator. Printing email for example is not possible. Completely nuts. I thought i buyed good stuff .. I am glad i still have my old Canon working, who has no problem at all with printing everything,  Last time ever that i bought me a HP.
