Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have an OfficeJet 8028 printer that always shows a 71.02.4A error. I've tried to reset by unplugging, holding the power switch, etc. but that makes no difference. I can't get to the Setup menu because it goes right to the error message (after telling me that I do have genuine HP ink cartridges loaded). The print carriage is stuck on the right side of the machine so I can't pull out any cartridges to clean them.  I can't update the firmware because my Windows machine doesn't see the printer, either wirelessly or over a network cable.

 

Any ideas?
