HP Officejet Pro 8610 e-All-in-One Printer

Hi! So my OfficeJet 8610 was working fine until earlier today when it said Printer Failure and I can't go back or do anything to get it going. I have done the soft reset; turn off and unplug for 60 second, plug back in and reboot. That did nothing. I used HP Smart to assess it and it says it is fine, but shows the Printer Failure on main screen. Is there a factory reset that I'm missing? Thank you in advance for your help.

Unfortunately I'm stuck on a screen that just says Printer Failure.

Contact HP's support line.  Maybe the firmware in your printer has a different way to do a hard reset.  If so, please post the info here.
