I have just installed a new OJ 9010 and am having some problems with printing margins. In Chrome, the footer of the page does not print in single page mode, and in duplex mode neither does the header nor the bottom line or so. In Word, I have a similar problem in duplex printing - part of the top line of the header does not print.
I had assumed this was a margin problem, but I think I am within the specified margins. Those quoted for the printer are 3.3mm all round. Those I used in Word were 12.7 mm top margin. In Chrome, the default margins are 10mm except for 21mm at the bottom, although the print preview box shows headers and footers outside those.
Can anyone point me to the appropriate setting to use, please.

@sandytechy20 Thanks. I'll have a go at this tomorrow - it's late here now. I also have a driver for an HP6500 (no longer alive) which would not be removed through the Programs app so I will have another go at removing that as well.

@Sandytechy20
Yes thank you - that worked fine, and as far as I can see, my printer is working properly now.
I had one issue, in that the HP6500 software would not remove itself, even with several attempts and several reboots. It came up with this message, even though I am an administrator.
Do I need to fuss about this software remaining on my system?
Thanks for your help.

You can ignore that message if the printer is working fine.
Good to know that issue is resolved.
Feel free to contact us in the future of you need any assistance.
Cheers.
