(Correction - this is for my OfficeJet 9010, I was looking at the wrong box)
This error has been happening repeatedly after printing 1 page of a print job. I can usually clear it by unplugging for several minutes, but it is happening repeatedly and from viewing other support cases, I need for you to send me the correct reset instructions for my printer.
Thank you.
