HP OfficeJet 9020 All-in-One
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hello.

I bought and isntalled OfficeJet Pro 9020 a few days ago and I am having problems with printing from the day one.

When printing duplex, the printer as if moves the text, or picture lower on the paper, which results in large gaps at the top of the page and the text not being complete. The bottom lines get cut out. It happens randomly, with no apparent pattern. Sometimes it prints 5 pages in a row without a problem and sometimes every second page is moved/cut like this.

I have installed HP Smart and I have tried HP printer Doctor to detect any problems. Both programs say there is nothing wrong with my printer.

Help me please.

Thank you for the answer, KrazyToad.

I'll try it out as soon as I have some free time. I am burried in paperwork atm. but luckily I don't need to print yet... But I'll try it this week and we will see.
