Product: OfficeJet Pro 6960
Operating System: macOS 10.14 Mojave

I've been trying to use HP Easy Start to install the printer driver and software on macOS Mojave 10.14.2 but after downloading all the software the application shows a message "The software cannot be installed. Try again later."

It finds the printer immediately but always fails at the point of installing the software.

I can install the printer using macOS alone but the scanner does not work and I can't use the HP Easy Scan Utility.

Update: I managed to solve the issue by selecting only Essential Software. I unchecked HP Easy Scan and Product Help. The Essential Software installed fine. After that I just downloaded Easy Scan from the mac App Store. Hope this helps.

It looks like there might be some kind ofd issue with the Easy Start downloaded software.
