I am going to go buy anything but an HP printer

 

Internet troubleshooting = useless

Live Chat troubleshooting = useless 

Phone Support troubleshooting = useless

Try to purchase new printer on the phone with the Phone support trouble shooter  = useless

 

Save yourself hours of aggravation and go buy another non HP Printer 

 

Thanks HP! What a disaster... All the tools in the world but can't do a thing, useless!!

They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number.

Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact.

 

Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
