This could be an issue with the ink system.

 

I would personally suggest you contact our HP Support for one on one interaction. 

 

Please use the following link to create yourself a case number, then call and it may help speed up the call process:

 

Step 1. Open link: www.hp.com/contacthp

Step 2. Sign in / sign in as a guest

Step 3. Enter the product number or select to auto detect

Step 4. Scroll down to "Still need help? Complete the form to select your contact options"

Step 5. Scroll down and click: HP contact options - click on Get phone number and phone number appear.

I have had the same issue as all these people....after replacing my ink FOR THE FIRST TIME. Called the support number generated and they told me they can do nothing because I have no warranty and said I should just get a new printer.

ugh. Having the same issues. Cleaned cartridge head 6x. On my way to buy another cartridge hoping it magically helps.

I couln’t Resolve my issue.  Ended up needing to replace printer.  I suspect it was related the the instant ink subscription I got exactly a year prior and subsequently cancelled - just suspect.
