OfficeJet Pro 6968 remove and reinstall error message for LxTek Compatible Ink Cartridge

I cannot purchase HP 902 cartridges anywhere!

So I purchased the LxTek Compatible Ink Cartridge Replacement for HP 902 902XL Ink Cartridge (4 Pack) - two times from Amazon, hoping it was a product error, but neither work on my printer.

I receive “remove and reinstall the indicated cartridge," for all  ALL LxTek cartridges.

Is there a way to reset my printer?

Or are the LxTek cartridges not compatible at all?

Update: Both Amazon and a third party seller are giving full refunds on the LxTek  ink cartridges.

I am afraid this recognition issues of the ink cartridge is caused by the lately printer update. We can't control the printer upgrade, which is a way for the OEM seller to resist our third-party seller, but we will be trying our best to improve our products to make them work better in the printer.
 
Regarding your case, I have issued a full refund of the HP 902xl cartridges for you. Most refunds are fully refunded in 3-5 business day. Kindly please check attached picture of refund detail and wait for it.
