Hi there, I am currently using HP OfficeJet Pro 8020 model. Bought 910 Cartridge today and replaced the old one (915) but seeing error msg. Is there any solution that I can make 910 cartridge working in this printer?

In the Asian region, this model printer uses HP 915 ink cartridges. HP 910 ink cartridges are used in the US region. Refer to the below table:
Kindly use compatible ink cartridges to resolve this issue. You may visit Hp Store to order or go to a local store.

Hello Kumar,
Thank you so much for your kind advice. Even though I tried to use 910XL for my HP OfficeJet Pro 8020 printer, but saw that error msg... I have been using 915XL when I was in Asia region... And if I open the cover of my printer, I am seeing the compatible toner list of 915, 915XL and 919XL.(pls refer to the attached photo) The product number is 1KR67D fyi. Your kind advice willbe much appreciated.

Did you move to a different country?
The ink cartridge and the printer should be bought in the same region. If any one is from a different region, we need to perform a region reset.
