I just installed genuine HP cartridges in my IfficeHet Pro 8028e and the printer is telling me that the Cayenne cartridge is not intended to use in this printer. The other two color cartridges worked just fine. I then installed the old cartridge and got the same error. I've restarted my device and I am still not having any success.
