HP Officejet Pro 8600 e-All-in-One Printer - N911a

Printer ran out of ink. I bought HP replacement cartridges at Office Depot and installed them. Received error message - "there is a problem with the printer or ink system. Turn printer off, then on. If problem persists contact HP.
