Example: OfficeJet Pro 8610
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

OfficeJet Pro 8610 all-in-one-printer shows error message about Missing or Failed Printhead.     Done all suggested exercises including removing and reinstalling the printer, reinstalling printhead but nothing solves the issue. The printer does rest of the functions like Fax, Scan but does not Print or Copy.  Looking for the live help but the phone numbers are not shown anywhere and the virtual agent as well as the Phone prompts are nothing but a systematic Go-Around to a Dead End.
