Good morning!
I get the error "One or more cartridges appear to be damaged. Remove them and replace with new cartridges." If found the link to fix the problem at https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-officejet-pro-8610-e-all-in-one-printer-series/5367603/model... , but when I go to down load the file for Windows or Apple from the link http://whp-hou9.cold.extweb.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/printers/OJP8620_R1640B_updated.exe It comes back as file "Not Found". I tried a few of the other links for other printers and they all seemed to work. Please help!
Where can i get a copy of this file please?

I am also having the same problem. Tried all the online solutions and nothing works. Replaced one cartridge and the error message just appears on another cartridge. All cartridges are HP and all bought from reputable stores. Cannot afford to just keep replacing perfectly good cartridges. I use the printer for work and cannot afford for it to be down for a period of time.

Firmware downloaded (again). What do I do now about the two corrupted cartridges I have? I can't afford to keep buying expensive HP cartridges if they are going to fail when still 3/4 full. Printer won't work now until I replace them, that's nearly £60 wasted with no guarantee the new ones will work either.
