Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi!

Yesterday i buyed a new OfficeJet Pro 8710 and at the first install i disablet the network/wifi connection.

After this i can't find any option to re-enable it.

Under preferences/settings i can't fint any connection / option to re-enable it

If i try to restore default/settings nothing happend on network connections

How i can restore this connections?

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Forums.

 

1. Tap on the Wireless icon on your printer control panel.

 

2. Then tap on the "Settings" (Gear) icon

 

3. Go to Wireless settings and turn it "On".

 

After turning on, do remember to download the FULL feature software and install it to get the best out of the printer!

I don't have that icon... on first installation maybe disabled that option and i don't know how can i re-enable it...

I have no "administrator" 'cause i use that printer in my home

Is possible to made a reset - re-do a first installation or some trick to enable it?

The first installation the Wireless led blinking yes, i connect the printer to my home wifi network, after this step the printer ask to enable all the connections (ethernet, wireless....) and i disable all it for a mistake and now i can't re-enable it...

If i press the wireless icon (top right) a message appear "The function is been disabled, contact the person who configure the printer"...

Got it.  you selected "IT Managed" when you're setting up the printer out of box?
