OfficeJet Pro 8710
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have been trying to assist my wife at her job with a printer issue for 2 weeks now and nothing is working. It is a HP OfficeJet Pro 8710 all in one printer. I have tried everything including removing ALL HP related software, drivers, and completely starting like there was never an HP printer connected to her computer. I have removed and reinstalled all software multiple times and everything goes perfectly until I try to print. The issues happening are:

1. The printer will not print in color from any source except for if you print a test page from the HP printer software. Every other source comes out black and white.

2. The automatic duplex feature has disappeared and only works manually.

As I already stated, I have done every fix I've found on these forums as well as other sites. I'm sincerely at a loss on how to fix this. Any and all advice would be greatly appreciated.

I know I made this post back in September, but we are still fighting with this issue. I see posts about it everywhere I search but no actual solutions. Does anyone here have ideas?
