OfficeJet Pro 8720 after replacing new cartridge still show problem with cartridge

Message: There is a problem with the supply system .Try replacing the Affested cartridge with a different , non-empty cartridge . it is the K cartridge it is referring .

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

 

I see that you are getting an error message "Problem with the printer or ink system" on your HP OfficeJet all-in-one printer.

 

I suggest that you follow the steps listed below to reset the unit: 
1. Turn the printer on if it is not already on.
2. With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
3. Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
4. Wait for 60 seconds.
5. Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
NOTE: HP recommends connecting the printer power cord directly to the wall outlet.
6. Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
7. Turn on the printer if it does not automatically turn on.

Hi , Thank you for your respond , i have tried the suggestions many times and it is still the same , btw i have 2 units of the same model and both are having the same problem , the cartridges are brand new from a local reputable store .

I only managed to get one unit to recognize the cartridges once but the moment i want to print something it went back to the

same error message :
