I have lost my setup cartridges and need to install new HP ink cartridges which I bought from Staples. How do I by pass the message on the printer screen.

 

Will appreciate if HP support can help asap.

We'll have to perform a reset on the Printer for this. I have sent you a private message, for more details that cannot be shared in a public post.

I tried your option and did reset menu and disabled OOBE but I still keep getting the message "use SETUP cartrdiges that came with your printer". I have the new original HP ink cartridges in there. Have tried shutting down and startup couple times but no effect. Now I dont even see the Reset Menu option in Underware Menu. Please help .

I recommend you to contact the HP Support Team as this could be a hardware issue.
