Hi HP support agent,
Seems like the errors on my HP Office-jet Pro 8730 printer are common.
I too have the issue of the printer working briefly after a reset, then having the blinking lights with a white screen. And now I have the blue screen with the error code B83C0E74.
Could you also send me the reset information for my printer, to [Personal Information Removed]
Thank you
John

Hi @edwren,
Welcome to the HP Support Community
I understand you are getting an error message B83C0E74 on your HP Printer. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.
We need to perform a Semi full reset to restore the printer back to its original settings.
The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
Please click “Accepted Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution. Click the “Kudos/Thumbs Up" on the bottom right to say “Thanks” for helping!
