Hi,

Do you get an Error status within the Print Queue?

Try following below version of the HP Print and Scan Doctor Utility and restart the computer when guided to do so, follow any further step after restarting the PC as well and check for any difference:

http://ftp.hp.com/pub/printers/hppsdr/patches/HPPSdr.exe

That worked!  Thank you so much!  Can you tell me what you did that I didn't do?  I have been working on this off and on for 4 days.

You are much welcome @sal110.

First, I will appreciate it if you may unmark the post and mark the actual answer as the Accepted Solution, so other users facing similar behavior will easily locate this information too.

For the Print and Scan Doctor Utility, there are 2 different versions, 5.0.6 to resolve specifically a Printer Offline condition, and such an error condition too.

Additionally, version 5.3.1 meant to resolve scanning issues and standard printing issues.

I assume you have used the other PSDR version and therefore it did not resolve the problem, unlike this specific version.

Cheers,

Shlomi

I think I marked it as an Accepted Solution.  Let me know if it doesn't come through that way.  Thank you again!  You saved me so much frustration!
