True - The printer does not print all sizes and types of envelopes -- it does support several envelope sizes as long as the envelope is within a given paper type and paper weight.  Scroll down to see the Paper Handling specifications.

I don't recognize "Word 202" - could be a subset of Word or perhaps refers to Word 2020.

Without the Operating System / version, the following is a guess -

Ignore anything unrelated to your situation or your device / Operating System.

Start

Install the full driver printer software.

NOTE:  If you need help, scroll down to section Install Printer Software

After printer software is installed > Restart the computer and log in.

Next,

Load the paper according to the instructions in the User Guide .

Next,

Alert the printer EWS to the paper loaded in the printer - Tray and Paper

Open your Browser > Type / enter the Printer IP address into URL / Address bar

Section Paper > Trays > click on Tray to configure

AND (in addition and as available)

Section Print > Default Print Options > Select default tray

If necessary, create a Custom Paper Size form

Use Word > Mailings > Envelopes

Use Word > Create a Word document in the shape and size of your envelope - Print

Install Printer Software

The differences can between the full driver and the Universal Scan software are subtle but important.

The Full Solution software is the full driver printer software.

The full driver printer software is the software used with "Scan to Computer".

Details are included later in this message.

Reinstalling?

• Uninstall existing full driver printer software from Programs and Features.
• If your printer includes a separate "help" in Programs and Features, uninstall that, too.
• Restart the computer and log in.
• If the printer is connected to the computer using a printer USB cable, remove / disconnect the cable before loading the software.

HP Easy Start Printer Setup Software – Offline Use Only 

In general, the web pack should load -

Download package > Save > Right-Click on the installation Package > Run as Administrator

If / When asked, opt for the Full Driver / Full Software to be installed.

Using USB?  (Re)Connect when instructed to do so.

After the software is installed, Restart the computer and sign in.

HP Universal Scan - Full Feature Software and Driver 

If asked, opt for the Full Driver to be installed.

After the software is installed, Restart the computer and sign in.

The installation of the full driver generally adds at least one or more shortcuts to the Desktop.

 Note:  Printer Assistant, HP Scan Assistant, and HP Scan are dependent on printer model and supported software options.

• Printer Assistant – Where still supported as part of the full driver printer software
• HP Scan Assistant – For those printers that no longer provide the Printer Assistant
• HP Scan – Shortcut on Desktop named for the printer model
• When installed, HP Universal Scan software adds a separate self-named “HP Scan” shortcut
