- Could you elaborate on your printer issue?
- Did you lose the printer on the computer?
- How is the printer connected to the device, USB, or wireless?
- Is the printer showing up any error messages on the printer or the computer?

Hello, the printer works very well without any error. When I turn ON the printer it ask me to enter Language, choice a connection etc. This issue comes every time I turn OFF and then ON the printer. The serial nr is [Personal Information Removed] and the warranty as expired on 2018. Probably there is an internal battery to change. Do you have a procedure about? TYhank a lot for youe help.

First, try updating the firmware of the printer and check if the issue persists.

I request you to talk to HP support.
They might have multiple options to help you with this.
- Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp?openCLC=true
- Select the country.
- Enter the serial of your device.
- Select the country from the drop-down.
- Click on "Show Options".
- Fill the web-form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.
