Dear All,  my printer shows the Error code:  OXC4EB827F                                                                                                                                                                                          HWLMICCI2  C

The Printer is not responding, all lights are flashing. Disconnecting the Power Cord and reconnecting does not make any change.

Hi @beerjunda

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

The error code OXC4EB827F on your HP Officejet 3830 typically indicates a hardware issue, often related to the printer's internal components. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot this problem:

1. Power Cycle the Printer

  • Disconnect the power cord from the printer and the wall outlet.
  • Wait for about 60 seconds.
  • Reconnect the power cord and turn the printer back on.

2. Check for Paper Jams

  • Open the printer and check for any paper jams or obstructions in the paper path.
  • Remove any stuck paper carefully.

3. Inspect Ink Cartridges

  • Make sure the ink cartridges are properly installed and not low or empty. Remove and reseat them if necessary.

4. Reset the Printer

  • Perform a hard reset:
    • Disconnect the power cord.
    • While the printer is off, press and hold the Power button for about 15 seconds.
    • Reconnect the power cord and turn the printer on.

5. Check for Firmware Updates

  • If you can get the printer to respond, check for any firmware updates via the HP Smart app or the HP Support website.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
