Hello,

My printer continuously tells me I'm out of paper.  I have tried putting both fewer sheets and a larger stack, and sometimes when I remove and insert the stack again I will get one sheet of paper printed.  It acts as if it's going to print, but doesn't grab the sheet 90% of the time.  

I followed the printer jam directions from HP but I cannot figure out how to open it up to access the paper rollers so I can clean them.  The diagram I saw doesn't seem to apply to my printer model...unless I just don't see it??

My printer firmware is up to date, and the Scan Doctor communicated with the printer but didn't see this problem.
