macOS 10.15 Catalina

All of the sudden my printer stopped printing. I have a brand new cartridge, shows full ink, and prints blank pages. I've unplugged, restarted, have the most recent update, ran the clean print headers over 3 times, and restored default settings and tried to print the diagnostic page and all are blank. Please help!

If you have already performed the steps from the document Fixing Poor Print Quality and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
