The printer received an update right after I changed the black ink cartridge and conducted an alignment, It tried to restart itself and got stuck. I pulled the plug. Afterwards it only shows error code OXBA10ABBC with the power button flashing. Support said to disconnect the power cord for 60 seconds. That did not work. Then it said to do that AND remove the ink cartridges. That did not work - and the black ink cartridge is parked to the far right under a plastic lip that prevents access. Nothing I've tried works. It just goes back to the error code and flashing button. It will not reset or shut off without pulling the plug. Is there anything else I can do or should I just junk the printer and get a new one?
