Office Jet 4650 will not print on this laptop. I attach to a different computer no problem. The internal print test is ok. I ran the HP Scan Doctor. I have uninstalled the printer, the software and the drivers. I reinstalled the printer, the software and the drivers. The scan function does work. I did a system restore from last windows backup. I am able to print to another Ricoh all in one connected directly to the same laptop so I am stumped. I am system admin - not a novice. I have checked all services. But I have not run the error log to review. The job does not show in pending print queue. Any thought on what I should look for?

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I understand you are not able to print from your PC. I'd be happy to assist you.
If you are able to scan from the PC, it means the connectivity is fine between the devices.
To make sure, try to access the EWS page of the printer.
- Obtain the IP address of the printer – You can touch the “wireless” icon on the printer control panel to obtain the IP address.
- Type the IP address at the top of your web browser to obtain the printer EWS page on your computer.
- If you get any security notification, click on show details/advanced and 'proceed to this website'.
- Go to Tools > Try to print a test page.
If the connectivity is fine, Install the printer using Windows built-in driver
Refer to this document to know how. Try printing.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
