Thank you for posting on HP Forums,
The Barachiel is at your service.
I understand you are in need of support, in getting the printer issue fixed. 🙂
I'll be glad to help you out.
Please try the steps mentioned below:
follow these steps to reset the printer.
Turn the printer on, if it is not already on.
Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you continue.
With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
Wait at least 60 seconds.
Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
NOTE:
HP recommends connecting the printer power cord directly to the wall outlet.
Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
Turn on the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.
The printer might go through a warm-up period. The printer lights might flash, and the carriage might move.
Wait until the warm-up period finishes and your printer is idle and silent before you proceed.
Once done, try to print. 🙂
Please reply with the details for further assistance.
Eager to help!

Hi,
- From the home screen on the printer control panel, swipe the display to the left, and then touch Setup
.
- Touch Network Setup, and then touch Advanced Settings.
- Turn off IPv6, and then touch Yes to confirm.
I also would like to know if you only see this same error everytime when you send a printjob or it happens randomly.

In windows OS, You might want to try the following :-
Step 1 : open "control panel" in your windows OS.
Step 2 : Select "System and Security"
Step 3 : Select "System"
Step 4: Change "Settings"
Step 5: Change Computer Name. Ensure that Full Computer Name is less than 37 characters.
This should resolve your issue while we work on a permanent solution in the coming weeks.
