I have an officejet 5740 installed on three computers. Two of the three print fine, but the third one says 'user intervention required'. I have uninstalled/reinstalled the software three times and ran the HP Print and Scan Doctor each time. I can't print a test page or print from any apps.

Hi,
Please browse to C:\Progran Files (x86)\HP and delete the Diagnostics folder.
Next, download and follow below version of Print and Scan Doctor:
http://ftp.hp.com/pub/printers/hppsdr/patches/HPPSdr.exe
Be sure to follow any steps on screen, including restarting the computer and complete following the Utility, then try printing and check for any difference.
